Farm House Description

Agriturismo Casanova is an ancient Tuscan building completely renovated into five spacious and smart apartments and it is set along a track road in a peaceful contryside, within a fifteen minute drive of the villages of Peccioli and Ghizzano. On the ground floor you will find a communal lounge with satellite tv, a log fire, a laundry room and a reception area. Set within the pretty grounds, a large swimmingpool and a sun terrace provide a relaxing setting after a busy day sightseeing while the communal pizza oven, the barbecue and the covered gazebo make dining a delight; you can also do long walks among the surrounding woods. The place is ideal for families with children who can freely enjoy in the large green park. Moreover, it is ideal for its strategic location that allows to reach the main art cities (such as Pisa, Florence, Siena, Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra…) in more or less 1 hour.

Road Information

From Florence: take SGC FIPILI road in direction Pisa, exit to  Pontedera.

From Pisa: take SGC FIPILI road in direction Florence, exit to Pontedera.

Once in Pontedera,...

- Take the road in direction of Peccioli-Volterra through SS La Fila road.

- You will find three roundabout: follow in direction Peccioli-Volterra.

- At the fourth roundabout follow in direction Montaione-Forcoli.

- At the cross turn right to Castelfalfi.

- Go straight to the cross in direction of Ghizzano.

- Go straight in direction of Cedri-Villamagna till the cross with the indicator of Agriturismo Casanova.

- Travel for 3,5 kms on the unsurfaced road.
